Calm, private discussion
Fear and worry are heard without judgement.
You found a folded paper with writing sewn inside your pillow
You were changing the pillow covers and felt something stiff. Inside the stuffing, a square of paper with symbols, wrapped in thread. Your hands went cold. Someone who has access to your bedroom put it there. Whatever it is supposed to do, the worst part is the question it leaves: who?

Fear and worry are heard without judgement.
We separate genuine concerns from ordinary stress or health.
Guidance on prayer and protection from anywhere.
Only protective and peaceful remedies are advised.
A wife discovers such a thing under her mattress. Her first thought is her sister-in-law. Her mother-in-law, when told, says she placed it herself, a blessing from the dera for the couple to have a son. The explanation does not entirely help.
Hidden amulets are placed for many reasons, and most are meant kindly: protection, a child, harmony, a husband's affection. Some are meant to control or harm. You cannot tell which from the object. Assuming the worst and naming someone can break a household that might have been saved by a question.
A consultation helps you respond without panic. A prayer for peace in the home can be suggested. We do not interpret such objects as proof of anything or name who placed them.
Often a well-meant charm placed by an elder without telling you.
A calm question to the household may settle it in a minute.
Whatever the intent, your room should not be entered and altered in secret.
And note where it was found. The main service page describes how sessions run.
How the consultation worksYou may be wrong, and the accusation cannot be taken back.
It is paper and thread. You may dispose of it.
If things are placed on you or in your food repeatedly, that needs to be addressed firmly.
Show your husband first. Then, together, ask the family in an ordinary tone: "I found this in our pillow. Does anyone know about it?" Very often an elder will say she had it made for your good. Thank her for the thought, and ask that nothing be placed in your room without telling you.
If nobody owns up, dispose of it in running water or the bin, say a prayer if you wish, and let it go. Lock your room if that gives you ease. Watch whether anything else appears. If objects keep turning up, or substances are put in your food, tell your own family and treat it as a serious breach, whatever the motive.
You can join the session online from Patiala when you are alone. We help you keep your balance. Birth details are optional.
No. Most are placed as blessings. The secrecy is the problem more than the object.
Yes. Dispose of it respectfully and think no more of it.
We would not. A stranger's reading tends to produce an accusation.
Then someone's ill will is the issue. Paper cannot hurt you, but that relationship needs attention.
