Calm, private discussion
Fear and worry are heard without judgement.
He was a topper. Now he cannot open a book, and the family says someone has 'done' his studies.
Ninety-four per cent in tenth. A place at the best coaching class. Then, six months before the entrance exam, he stopped. He stares at the page, sleeps at odd hours, snaps at everyone. His test scores have collapsed. A relative says a rival's parent has had something done. In Indore, a city of coaching hostels and anxious hopes, this is said in many homes.

Fear and worry are heard without judgement.
We separate genuine concerns from ordinary stress or health.
Guidance on prayer and protection from anywhere.
Only protective and peaceful remedies are advised.
A boy preparing for JEE, studying fourteen hours a day for two years, begins getting headaches and cannot remember what he read. His mother has a thread tied at a shrine. His father doubles the tuition. Nobody asks him how he feels.
A sudden fall in a hard-working student most often means exhaustion, anxiety or depression. It may also be poor eyesight, lack of sleep, a phone habit, bullying or a private heartbreak. The pressure of a whole family's expectation is itself a heavy load. Calling it sorcery tells him his suffering is not his own.
A consultation gives the family a calmer way to look at it. A prayer for clarity may be suggested, and the chart read if wished. We do not blame rivals, and do not promise marks or a rank.
Ask him, alone, without judgement. Then believe the answer.
Sleep, eyes, diet, mood. A doctor's check is worthwhile.
What he thinks will happen if he fails.
When it began and what his days look like. The main service page sets out how sessions work.
How the consultation worksA tired mind does not need more load. It needs rest.
They deepen shame. Stop them entirely.
Talk of being a burden or wanting to disappear needs immediate help.
Take him out of the house for a walk or a meal. Say that you are worried about him, not the exam. Ask what it is like for him at present. Listen. Tell him plainly that your love does not depend on a rank.
Give him a few days of real rest. See a doctor about sleep, headaches and mood; ask directly about anxiety and depression. Reduce the timetable to something a person can keep. If he speaks of hopelessness or harming himself, do not leave him alone, and call Tele-MANAS on 14416 or go to a hospital. A prayer together before study can be a comfort. There are many roads to a good life besides one exam.
The session is online and can be joined from Indore by parents, or with the student. We keep his wellbeing at the centre. Birth details are for a reading only.
We do not believe so. Burnout and anxiety are far more likely.
A short prayer before study can calm the mind. Rest and health matter more.
Sometimes that is wise. Decide with him and his teachers, without shame.
A reading gives a traditional view only. It should not add to his pressure.
