Information, not control
We do not promise to control anyone's mind or decisions.
Your employer is holding back wages, and you want something to change his mind
Three months without full pay. The manager says next week, every week. Your family at home is asking, the rent on your bed space is due, and your visa is tied to this company. A roommate says there is a man who can make a boss favourable. In Dubai's labour camps and shared flats, men in this position will try almost anything.

We do not promise to control anyone's mind or decisions.
Terms and traditions are explained honestly.
Consult from any city in Hindi or English.
We do not offer anything against another person's will.
A site supervisor has not been paid in ten weeks. He fears that complaining will get him sent home. He pays a small sum to a practitioner recommended by a colleague, who promises the money will be released within a fortnight. The fortnight passes.
When livelihood and residence depend on one employer, a worker can feel there is no ordinary remedy, so an extraordinary one becomes tempting. But there are formal channels for unpaid wages, and they exist because this problem is common.
A consultation gives you a hearing and helps you order your next steps. A prayer for courage and patience can be your own practice. We give no legal advice and do not claim to influence any employer, and promise nothing.
Contract, payslips, bank statements, messages about pay.
The labour authority's complaint process and your embassy or consulate.
Telling them the truth, so you are not carrying it alone.
Contract and proof of what has and has not been paid. The main service page explains the consultation.

It deepens the trap. Tell your family what is happening.
Keep what little you have for food and necessities.
Keep copies of your contract, labour card, and every record of payment. Ask the employer in writing when the arrears will be paid. If nothing comes, the UAE's Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation accepts wage complaints; check its official channels for the current procedure. Your country's consulate has a labour or community welfare section that assists workers.
Talk to colleagues in the same position; complaints made together carry more weight. Note the names and dates of anyone who promises payment on the employer's behalf, since a clear record of broken promises strengthens a complaint considerably. Tell your family honestly so they stop expecting what you cannot send. Pray as you always have. A calm, documented approach protects you better than anything done in secret.
The session is online and can be joined from Dubai or Sharjah after your shift. We listen with respect. Birth details are optional.
We do not claim that. Official wage complaint procedures are the real route.
Rules protect workers who file complaints, but check current official guidance or ask your consulate.
Yes, we can suggest one in your tradition, as a source of strength.
No. We can only help you think and prepare.
