You wonder whether the problem is the job, the sector, or simply a long stretch away from home.

Restlessness at work is often misread. Sometimes it signals a real mismatch between you and the role. Sometimes it is fatigue, homesickness or a lack of recognition that a different conversation with a manager could address.
A good first step is to test which of these applies. Ask yourself what would change if you were given a different project, a clearer title or a transfer, and whether you would still want to leave. If yes, the restlessness is about direction, not just mood.
In a session we work through that question together. You may also ask for a reading of your Kundli, which tradition uses to describe temperament and phases of work. We treat it as a reflective tool and not as a verdict on your career.
Telling apart a job that no longer fits from a stretch of tiredness.
Conversations about role, scope or transfer before a full resignation.
How being apart shapes your appetite for change and your sense of success.
Write two sentences on when the feeling is strongest. The main service page explains how the consultation is arranged.
How the consultation worksThis keeps many people in roles they have outgrown. Understand the rules before letting fear decide.
Where titles are flat, define progress by skills learned and responsibility held.
Ask for specific feedback. It either confirms the problem or reveals a fixable one.
For two weeks keep a brief log: which tasks left you energised, which drained you, and when you caught yourself watching the clock. Patterns appear quickly. If the draining parts are tied to one person or one process, a conversation may fix more than a resignation would.
If the pattern points to the whole field, begin a slow exploration. Speak to people in the line of work you envy, check whether your qualifications transfer, and estimate what a gap would cost. Traditional chart reading can accompany this as a prompt for reflection, but should never push you to resign on its word alone.
Kuwait is two and a half hours behind India, so a call after work fits well. Sessions are by phone or video in Hindi or English, privately from wherever you live, and we respect that many people do not want colleagues to know they are thinking of a change.
We cannot answer that for you. We can help you list the reasons on each side and read the chart as one input.
Yes. What you share stays within the consultation, and you decide what details to give.
No. Share only what helps. Rough ranges are enough if you want money discussed.
Either is fine, and mixing the two is common. Tell us what makes you comfortable.
